- The amount paid is non-refundable
- If the booked session is not attended, it will be deducted from the subscription balance
- Cancellation of the session reservation within a period of not less than 3 hours
- It is not allowed to change the subscription type after payment
- If the number of registrants is 3 or less, the session will be canceled and credited back to the customer balance.
